In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Telangana Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 (Telangana Act, No. 23 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments to the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No. 104, Revenue (CT-II) Department, Dt. 04-09-2019:-

AMENDMENT

In the said G.O., in the table, after Sl.No. 2 and the entries thereto, the following Sl.No. 2A and entries shall be inserted, namely:-

This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of October, 2019.
