"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(b) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR
(Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby exempt
Formation/Modernization of (4) No. of Tanks in Sangareddy District" - Stage - I under Mission Kakatiya
Phase-IV (as tabled below) from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR
Act, 2013.
