DELEGATION OF SPECIAL EXECUTIVE MAGISTERIAL POWERS FOR ORDINARY ELECTIONS TO THE MUNICIPALITIES , 2020 IN NIZAMABAD DISTRICT.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure , 1973 ( Central Act 2 of 1974) , the Government of Telangana hereby further appoint the officers specified in the annexure appended to this order as Execute Magistrates to be known as Special Executive Magistrates , in addition to the Special Executive Magistrate appointed vide orders issued vide GO.Rt.No. 448 , LAW (LA, LA & J - HOME- COURTS - B ) DEPARTMENT, Dated: 06.08.2019 , with effect from the date of publication of Notification till the completion of ordinary elections to the Municipalities , 2020 and confer on them the powers under Sections 37,44,103,129,133,144,174 (4) and 176 of the Code of Criminal Procedure , 1973 ( Central Act 2 of 1974) in their respective jurisdiction as alloted by the Collector & District Magistrate , Nizamabad District .
