POLITICAL PARTIES - "INDIAN NATIONAL YUVA JANA PARTY" - PROPOSAL FOR REGISTRATION AS A POLITICAL PARTY FOR CONTESTING IN LOCAL BODY ELECTIONS - NOTICE FOR CALLING OBJECTIONS IF ANY FROM GENERAL PUBLIC.
NO.2803/TSEC-L/2019:- Notice is hereby given to the general public that, one Sri Bandela Kranthi Kumar, National President, R/o. Hyderabad, intends to register a political party without reserved symbol with the State Election Commission, Telangana, under the name and style of "Indian National Yuva Jana Party" with location of its head office at H.No.9-14, Prashant Nagar, Boduppal, Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Pin: 500092, under the Registration of Political Parties and Allotment of Symbols Order, 2018. The main office bearers of the Party are, Sri Chaitanya Kumar Ampojwalam, President, R/o Hyderabad; Sri Puligilla Priyankar, Vice President, R/o Suryapet; Sri Ram Kalyan Maloth, General Secretary, R/o Khammam; and Sri Bhargava Vasam, Treasurer, R/o Hyderabad; Objections, if any, for such registration from the general public or any political party, shall be sent to the Secretary, State Election Commission, Telangana, 1st Floor, DTCP Building, Opp: PTI Building, A.C. Guards, Hyderabad - 500 004 within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. If no objections are received within the time stipulated, the Commission will process to register "Indian National Yuva Jana Party" as a Political Party to contest elections to Local Bodies (Sthanika Samsthalu) held on party basis in Telangana State.
