ASSIGNMENT OF REGISTERING AUTHORITIES AND REGISTERING AUTHORITY CODES FOR THE NEWLY FORMATION/ REORGANIZATION DISTRICTS UNDER THE TELANGANA MOTOR VEHICLES RULES, 1989.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 65 read with Section 41 (6) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act, 50 of 1988), the Registering Authorities and corresponding Registering Authorities Codes has been assigned to the Mulugu and Narayanapet consequent on the formation of new Districts in the Telangana State and added in the First Schedule under rule 80 of the Telangana Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 by amending the Schedule as shown hereunder:-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules, under rule 80, in the First Schedule, in the Table thereunder, after Sl.No. 30 the following shall be added, namely:-

SUNIL SHARMA, Principal Secretary to Government. Printed and Published by the Commissioner of Printing, Government of Telangana at Government Central Press, Chanchalguda, Hyderabad.
