DRAFT VARIATION TO THE KARIMNAGAR MUNICIPAL CORPORATION - PROPOSAL FOR CHANGE OF LAND USE FROM RESIDENTIAL LAND USE TO COMMERCIAL LAND USE SITUATED AT OPP: COLLECTORATE OFFICE, MUKURAMPURA AREA, KARIMNAGAR TOWN.

The following draft variation to the Karimnagar General Town Planning Scheme, the Master Plan of which was sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No. 760, MA, dated: 22.09.1983 & G.O.Ms.No.555, MA, Dt. 16.10.1998 and published at page of part., of Telangana Gazette dated., which it is proposed to make in exercise of the powers conferred by clause under sub-section (2) of Section 15 of Telangana Town Planning Act, 1920 (Act VII of 1920) is hereby published as required by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of the said section .

Notice is hereby given that the draft will be taken into consideration after the expiry of (15) days from the date of publication of the notification in the Telangana Gazette and that any objections or suggestions which may be received from any person with respect thereto before expiry of the said period will be considered by the Government of Telangana. Objections or suggestions should be addressed to Principal Secretary to Government, Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department, Telangana, Hyderabad.

DRAFT VARIATION

The site in Sy. No. 1103, to an extent of 1110.37 Sq.mtrs., situated at Opp: Collectorate Office, Mukurampura Area, Karimnagar Town belongs to M/s. Vajra Professionals, Karimnagar represented by its Managing partner Sri Gaddam Harikishan, the boundaries of which are shown in the schedule hereunder and which is earmarked for Residential Land Use in the General Town Planning Scheme (Master Plan) of Karimnagar Town sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No. 760, MA, dated: 22.09.1983 & G.O.Ms.No. 555, MA, Dt. 16.10.1998, is now proposed to be designated for Commercial Land use by variation of Change of Land Use by variation of Change of land use and in the revised part proposed land use map in GTP No. 01/2020/W (C.No. 288/2019/W) available in the Karimnagar Municipal Corporation subject to the following conditions that: [ 1 ] G - 113. 2 TELANGANA GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-I

1. The applicant shall pay development & Conversion charges as per G.O.Ms.No. 225, MA&UD (I1) Dept., Dated: 30.08.2016 to the Karimnagar Municipal Corporation before the confirmation orders from the Government.

2. The applicant shall take prior approval from the competent authority before commencing the development work.

EAST : 21.34 mtr. Wide Road.

SOUTH : 9.00 Mtr. Wide Road.
