VARIATION TO THE HYDERABAD METROPOLITAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR RETENTION OF MASTER PLAN ROAD A-B PASSING THROUGH CONNECTING THE EXISTING PIPE LINE ROAD AT PUPPALAGUDA (V), RAJENDERNAGAR (M), RANGA REDDY DISTRICT - CONFIRMATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008 (Act No. 8 of 2008), the Government hereby makes the following variation to the land use envisaged in the notified Master Plan-2021 vide G.O.Ms.No. 288, MA & UD, dated: 03.04.2008, as required by sub- section (1) of the said section
VARIATION
The 30 Mts. wide Master Plan road shown as A-B passing through Sy.Nos. 452/1, 454/1, 460/4, connecting the existing pipe line road at Sy.No. 467 of Puppalaguda Village which was earlier deleted vide G.O.Ms.No. 165, MA & UD (I1) Department dated: 08.06.2017 is now "retained" and the balance portion of this Master Plan road is re- aligned through Government Land.
