EXTENSION OF GRACE PERIOD FOR PAYMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES TAX FOR Q.E 30-06-2020 TILL 31-07-2020 IN CONTINUATION OF THE ORDERS ISSUED IN G.O.Rt.NO. 189, T, R&B (Tr.I) DEPT., DT: 30-04-2020.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Telangana Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1963 (Act 5 of 1963), and in continuation of the orders issued in G.O.Rt.No.189, T, R&B (Tr.I) Dept., Dt : 30-04-2020 published in extraordinary issue of Telangana Gazette No.88, dated : 30-04-2020 the Governor of Telangana hereby extend the grace period for payment of Motor Vehicle advance tax for the Q.E 30-06-2020 till 31-07-2020, and no penalty shall be levied Under Section 6 of the said Act in respect of Motor Transport Vehicles.
