DRAFT VARIATION TO THE GHMC FOR ROAD WIDENING - DEVELOPMENT OF MISSING LINK / SLIP ROADS.

Whereas, in G.O.Ms.No. 90, MA & UD (Plg.I) Dept., dt : 11-06-2020 Government have issued orders incorporating 31 Missing link roads / slip roads (as given in the annexure to the said G.O.) in the Master Plans approved by Government in G.O.Ms.No. 363, dt : 21-08-2010, G.O.Ms.No. 288, MA, dt : 03-04-2008 and G.O.Ms.No. 538, MA & UD, dt : 29-10-2001.
And wherein, after issue of above orders the Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has informed to the Government that there is typographical error in the proposal furnished in Lr. No. CP/640/TPS/HO/RW/GHMC/2019/397, Dated : 04-12-2019 wherein at Sl.No. 15, (i.e., Missing link road) against " Moosapet to Hitech City road (Near Kavuri Hill Phase-I) via Anjaneyanagar, Khaitalapur (Green Hills Road), proposed new ROB, Madhapur Road", the corresponding village have been incorporated as "Kukatpally" instead of "Khaitalapur Village" and also Sy.No. 915 and 916 were not incorporated.
And whereas, Government after careful examination to the matter have considered the request of Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and proposed to incorporate the Sy.No. 915 & 917 and also incorporated village name as "Khaitalapur Village" instead of "Kukatpally" against the Sl.No. 15 to Annexure of G.O.Ms.No.90, MA & UD (Plg.I), Dept., dt : 11-06-2020. Accordingly, hereby issue the following Draft Variation in exercise of power conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008 (Act No. 8 of 2008) calling of objection / suggestion from the General Public.
A Notice is hereby given that the draft variation will be taken into consideration after expiry of fifteen days from the date of publication of the notification in the Telangana Gazette and that any objections or suggestions which may be received from any person with respect thereto before expiry of said period will be considered by the Government of Telangana. Objections or suggestions should be addressed to the Principal Secretary to Government, Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department, Secretariat, DTCP Office, Telangana, Hyderabad 500 022.
DRAFT VARIATION
At Sl.No. 15 to the Annexure to G.O.Ms.No. 90, MA & UD (Plg.I), Dept., dt : 11-06-2020, against the missing link roads / slip roads, "Moosapet to Hi-tech city road (Near Kavuri Hill Phase-I) via Anjaneyanagar, Khaitalapur (Green Hills road), Proposed new ROB, Madhapur road", the Sy.No. 915 and 917 are proposed to be incorporated and against the name of the village, the word "Kukatpally", may be read as "Khaitalapur".
