In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the Minor Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1971 (ActNo. 4 of 1971), the Governor of Telangana State after consultation with the Advisory Committee hereby order for fixation of Collection and Purchase Rate of Abnus Leaves during 2020 Beedi Leaf Season, as specified in the following Schedule for the Beedi Leaf Season ending with the 30th June, 2020.
