VARIATION TO THE TOWN PLANNING - KARIMNAGAR MUNICIPAL CORPORATION FOR CHANGE OF LAND USE FROM AGRICULTURE USE TO COMMERCIAL USE SITUATED AT APHB COLONY LOCALITY, KARIMNAGAR - CONFIRMATION.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause under sub-section (2) of Section 15 of Telangana Town Planning Act., 1920 (Act VII of 1920) the Government hereby makes the following variation to the land use envisaged in the Karimnagar General Town Scheme, in the notified Master Plan of which was sanctioned vide G.O.Ms.No. 555, MA., dt: 16.10.1998, as required by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of the said section.
VARIATION
The site bounded by "A-B-C-D-A" in Sy.No. 620/A of Housing Board area, Near Manair Hanuman Temple locality of Karimnagar District, the boundaries of which are as shown in the schedule here under and which is earmarked for Agricultural Land use in the General Town Planning Scheme (Master Plan) of Karimnagar Town sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No. 555, MA.,dt: 16-10-1998, is now designated as Commercial use by variation of Change of Land Use as marked A to D in the revised part proposed land use map bearing GTP.No.05/2016/W (C.No.1560/ 2015/W) available in the Karimnagar Municipal Corporation, subject to the following conditions:
1. The applicant shall take prior approval from the competent authority before commencing the developmental work.
2. The applicant shall pay development charges as per G.O.Ms.No. 226, Dt. 30.08.2016 to the Municipal Corporation.

That the owners / applicants are solely responsible for any misrepresentation with regard to ownership/ title, Urban Land Ceiling Clearances etc. The owners/applicants shall be responsible for any damage claimed by any one on account of change of land use proposed.
4. That the change of land use shall not be used as the proof of any title of the land.
5. That the change of land use shall not be used as the sole reason for obtaining exemption from the provisions of Urban Land Ceiling Act, 1976.
6. Any other conditions as may be imposed by DTCP, Hyderabad.
