EXEMPTION OF PROJECT FROM THE APPLICATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER II AND III OF THE RFCTLA & RR ACT, 2013.

In accordance with the provisions contained in Section 10A of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, the Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exemption of the work "Improvements to PWD road Theegalaguttapally to Chegurthi via Durshed from Km.0/0 to 8/75 & by pass road to Gopalpur village from Km. 0/0 to 0/75 in Karimnagar Mandal in Karimnagar District" from the application of the provision of Chapter - II and III of the RFCTLA & RR Telangana Amendment Act 2013 under the sanction 10A in Chapter III of the RFCTLA & RR Telangana Amendment Act 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), for acquisition of land to extent of 4.00 acres in Sy.Nos. 416, 418, 434, 435 situated at Gopalpur & Vallamphad (Village), Karimnagar (Mandal), Karimnagar (District).
The Chief Engineer (R&B), D&P, LWE & RSW, R.R., Hyderabad, shall take necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
