EXEMPTION OF THE PROJECT FROM THE APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER-II & III UNDER SECTION 10A ACT NO.21 OF 2017.
[Memo No. 1343/IP&INF/A2/2020, Industries & Commerce (IP&INF), 31st July, 2020.]
"In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10 (A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, the Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the Project for an extent of Acs. 8.00 Gts. of Patta lands in Wanaparthy District and Acs. 1.50 in Mahabubnagar District for LPG Pipe line Project by M/s. HPCL in favour of TSIIC for acquisition of land from the application of provisions of the Chapter - II and Chapter - III of the Act. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project."
Accordingly, the District Collector, Wanaparthy and Mahabubnagar Districts and the VC & MD, TSIIC Limited, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter.
