"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A( b) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA & RR (Telangana Amendment ) Act , 2016 ( Act No. 21 of 2017) , Government of Telangana hereby exempt the following detailed below under SRSP Stage - I from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA & RR Act , 2013" .
