Rc.No. L3/7827/2019, In the reference 1st cited, the Muthawali & Managing Trustee, Sri Laxmanji Maharaj Temple, Begum Bazar, Hyderabad has submitted a proposal for sale of the following lands situated at Raidurg, Navakhalsa (V), Serilingampally (M), Ranga Reddy District in Tender-cum-public auction belonging to Sri Laxmanji Maharaj Temple, Laxman Bagh, Raidurg (V), Serilingampally (M), Ranga Reddy District.

In the reference 2nd cited, the Deputy Commissioner, Endowments, Hyderabad recommended the above sale proposal as beneficial to the temple and requested to accord permission to the Muthawali & Managing Trustee of the subject temple for sale of land in tender-cum-public auction.

After examining the matter with reference to the above recommendations, a notice was issued vide reference 3rd cited, calling for objections and suggestions from the interested persons within (30) days. The said notice was also published in the Telangana Gazette vide reference 4th cited.

No objections or suggestions were received in response to the above notice and it has been decided to approve the subject proposal.

Accordingly, permission was accorded to the Muthawali & Managing Trustee of the subject temple vide reference 5th cited U/s 80 (1) (b) of the Act, 30/87 to sell away the proposed land in the tender-cum-public auction as per rules duly fixing a convenient date and time @ the upset price of Rs. 90,000/- per Sq. Yard. The said permission order was also published in the Telangana Gazette vide reference 6th cited.

The Deputy Commissioner, Endowments Department, Hyderabad vide reference 7th cited submitted a report stating that the public auction for sale of lands admeasuring Ac.0-15 Gts in Sy.No. 58 situated at Raidurg, Navakhalsa (V), Serilingampally (M), has been conducted on 10-07-2020 at the upset price of Rs. 90,000/- per Square Yard and only 2 bidders have participated in the auction and the highest bid received in Rs. 26,000/- per Square Yard and requested to reduce the upset price as the proposed land does not have approach road and is locked.

In the reference 8th cited, the Deputy Collector and Tahsildar, Serilingampally (M) has stated that as per the local enquiry conducted by the Additional Mandal Girdawar, Serilingampally (M), the prevailing market value is Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 70,000/- per Sq. Yd., in Raidurg Nowkhalsa (V), Serilingampally (M).

After examining the matter with reference to the rules and above recommendations, a revised notice was issued vide reference 9th cited calling for objections and suggestions from the interested persons within (30) days duly considering rate recommended by the Deputy Collector and Tahsildar, , Serilingampally (M) fixing the upset price @ Rs. 70,000/- per sq.yd. The said notice was again published in the Telangana Gazette vide reference 10th cited.

No objections or suggestions were received in response to the above notice and it has been decided to approve the subject proposal.

Hence, in view of the above, permission is hereby accorded to the Muthawali & Managing Trustee of the subject temple U/s 80 (1) (b) of the Act, 30/87 to sell away the proposed land in the tender-cum-public auction and e-tender also as per rules after giving wide publicity in leading newspapers well in advance duly fixing the upset price @ Rs.70,000/- per sq.yd at a convenient date and time in the presence of the Deputy Commissioner, Endowments Department, Hyderabad.

SRI RAJA RAJESHWARA SWAMY TEMPLE, BABAPUR (V), LAXMANCHANDA (M), NIRMAL DISTRICT REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE OF TEMPLE LAND WITH PRIVATE LAND-REMARKS CALLED FOR.

Rc.No. L2/15260/2017-1:- In the reference 1st cited, the Deputy Commissioner, Endowments Department, Warangal and Assistant Commissioner, Endowments Adilabad have requestd to accord permission for exchange to an extent of 1-28 gts of private patta land belongs to Smt. Reni Mamatha, W/o. Sri. Murali, Smt. Reni Lakshmi, W/ o Sri. Muthyam and Sri. Urmela Rajeshwar S/o. Muthanna in different extents viz., Ac. 0-20 gts. in Sy.No. 415/A/ 2, Ac.0-21gts. in Sy.No. 415/A/1 and Ac.0-27gts. in Sy.No. 415/A respectively, the temple land an extent of 1-26 gts, in Sy.No.s 224 & 225, belongs to Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy Temple, Babapur (V), Laxmanchanda (M), Nirmal District with the private patta land.

After careful examination of the above proposal with reference to the references 2nd cited above, notice is hereby given in terms of Section 80 (1) (b) r/w. Rules 2 and 3 of the Alienation of Immovable Property Rules, 1987, that the lands described in Para-1 above are proposed to be exchanged in the prescribed manner subject to confirmation by this office.

Any objections and suggestions in respect of the above proposed exchange may be submitted witin (30) days from the date of issue of this notice in the Office of the Commissioner, Endowments Department, Hyderabad and an inquiry to consider any objections and suggestions in this regard would be held on 27/11/2020.
