VARIATION TO THE KARIMNAGAR MUNICIPAL CORPORATION FOR CHANGE OF LAND USE FROM AGRICULTURAL LAND USE TO RESIDENTIAL LAND USE SITUATED AT KATTARAMPUR LOCALITY AREA, KARIMNAGAR - CONFIRMATION.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause under sub-section (4) of Section-15 of Telangana Town Planning Act, 1920 (Act VII of 1920) the Government hereby makes the following variation to the land use envisaged in the Karimnagar General Town Scheme, in the notified Master Plan of which was sanctioned vide G.O.Ms.No.760, M.A., Dt.22.09.1983 and G.O.Ms.No.555, M.A., Dt.16.10.1998, as required by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of the said section.
VARIATION
The site in Sy. Nos. 943 & 948/A, to an extent of 12814.55 sq.mtr. situated at Kattarampur locality area, Karimnagar Town. The boundaries of which are as shown in the schedule here and which is earmarked for Agriculture land Use in the General Town Planning Scheme (Master Plan) of Karimnagar sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.760, M.A., Dt. 22.09.1983 and G.O.Ms.No.555, M.A., Dt.16.10.1998, is now designated as Residential Land use by variation of Change of Land Use as marked site-1 from "A" to "G" and site-2 from "H" to "J" in the revised part land use map bearing GTP. No.02/2020/W in C.No.1951/2018/W available in the Karimnagar Municipal Corporation / DT&CP Office, Hyderabad subject to the following conditions that:

NORTH : Plots in approved TLP No.15/2016/W.
EAST : Existing 60'-0" wide Road.
SOUTH : Others Land belongs to Sy.No. 944.
WEST : Existing 40'-0" wide Road.
