CREATION OF NEW C- CATEGORY POLICE STATION AT ENUMAMULA BY BIFURCATING THE EXISTING INTHEZARGUNJ POLICE STATION, AND INCLUDE THE PAIDIPALLY AND AREPALLY VILLAGES FROM HASANPARTHY POLICE STATION AND KOTHAPET VILLAGE FROM ATHMAKUR POLICE STATION IN WARANGAL POLICE COMMISSIONERATE – DEFINING THE JURISDICTION.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (s) of Section 2 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) and in supersession of all the orders issued in the matter, the Governor of Telangana hereby notified the Creation of new C-Category Police Station at Enumamula Police Station and declares that with effect on and from the date of issue of this notification, the villages specified in Col.No. (5) of the schedule appended shall cease to be included in the Police Station, Police Division, Police Zone and Police Commissionerate mentioned in Col.Nos. (4), (3), (2) and (1) respectively and shall hereafter from part of the area of the Police Station, Police Division, Police Zone and Police Commissionerate mentioned in Col.Nos. (6), (7), (8), and (9) respectively thereof.
