AMENDMENT TO THE TELANGANA MUNICIPALITIES TRADE LICENSES (REGULATION OF ISSUE AND RENEWAL) RULES, 2020.

[G.O.Ms.No. 19, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (MA), 4th February, 2021.] In exercise of the powers conferred under section 238 read with Section 158 of the Telangana Municipalities Act, 2019 (Act No.11 of 2019), the Government of Telangana hereby makes the following amendment to the Municipalities Trade Licenses (Regulation of Issue and Renewal) Rules, 2020 as isssued in G.O.Ms.No147, MA & UD, (MA) Department, Dated: 22.09.2020. [ 1 ] G-834.

AMENDMENT

In the said rules, in rule 6, for sub-rule (2), the following shall be substituted

namely:-

"(2) The renewal of Trade License shall be issued instantly on making online payment duly considering the applicants initial application with self- certification".
