In exercise of the powers conferred on the Government under Section 10 of the Unorganised Workers Social Security Act, 2008 read with Rule 8 of the Telangana Unorganised Workers Social Security Rules, 2012, the Government of Telangana hereby appoint the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule below for the areas of Jurisdiction in column (3) thereof to be the Registering Authority for the purpose of Registration of Unorganised workers in the State.
