EXEMPTION OF RAILWAY PROJECT i.e., "CONSTRUCTION OF NEW SINGLE BROAD GAUGE LINE FROM PEDDAPALLY TO NIZAMABAD IN THE LIMITS OF MAMIDIPALLY (V), GUTPA (V) OF MAKLOOR (M) AND ANKAPUR (V) OF ARMOOR (M) IN NIZAMABAD DISTRICT".

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(e) in Chapter III-A of the RFCTLAR&R (Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), Government have decided and accordingly hereby exempt the Railway project, "Construction of new single Broad Gauge Line from Peddapally to Nizamabad in the limits of Mamidipally (V), Gutpa (V) of Makloor (M) and Ankapur (V) of Armoor (M) in Nizamabad District, from the application of the provisions of Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the RFCTLAR&R Act, 2013". It is also certified that all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project.
Accordingly, the District Collector, Nizamabad District shall take further necessary action in the matter.
