In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Section (1) of Section 21 of the Telangana Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act 19 of 1972), the Government of Telangana, after consultation with the High Court for the State of Telangana, hereby specifies that the District Court for the Karimnagar District shall sit at 'Karimnagar', 'Jagtial', 'Godavarikhani', 'Sircilla' and 'Peddapalli'.

ESTABLISHMENT OF SENIOR CIVIL JUDGE'S COURT AT BHUPALPALLY IN WARANGAL DISTRICT.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of Section 12 read with Sub-Section (1) of Section 21 of the Telangana Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act 19 of 1972), the Government of Telangana, after consultation with the High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, hereby establish a Court of Senior Civil Judge at Bhupalpally in the District of Warangal, as sanctioned in the G.O.Ms.No.62, Law (LA, LA&J-Home-Courts.A2) Department, Dated 19-12-2018 and G.O.Ms.No.31, Finance (HRM-II) Department, dated 16-03-2021 with effect on and from the date on which the Senior Civil Judge posted assumes charge of the said Court shall sit at Bhupalpally.
