Sri K. Bhavani Prasad, Special Judge for trial of cases under SCs and STs (POA) Act-cum-VII Addl.
District and Sessions Judge, Mahabubnagr, shall retire from service on the afternoon of 31st August,
2021 on which he completes the age of fifty eight (58) years as he is found not fit to be continued in
service beyond the age of 58 years on consideration and review of the service record and overall
performance by the High Court for the State of Telangana, in terms of the first proviso to sub-section
(1A) of Section 3 of the Telangana Public Employment (Regulation of Age of Superannuation) Act,1984
and Rule 23 of the Telangana State Judicial Service Rules, 2017.
