Proc.No.E2/137/2015 (SA) ,- In reference 3rd cited, the Seniority list of Senior Assistants of Hyderabad Rural Nodal Division was finalized for the period form 01-04-2015 to 31-05-2017.
In the reference 5th cited the JC (ST), Saroornagar Division has forwarded the representation of Sri. G. Srinivasulu presently working as Sr. Assistant in the O/o. JC (ST), Saroornagar Division requesting for notional promotion in the cadre of Senior Assistant from the date of his junior Sri B.Ranga Rao, SA. In his representation Sri G.Srinivasulu has requested to revise his seniority in the cadre of Sr. Assistant's on the ground that promotion to the post of Sr. Assistant was differed at the time of giving promotion to his juniors as a disciplinary case was pending against him.
He has further stated that the charges levelled against him was dropped by the JC(ST), Nalgonda Division vide reference 2nd cited and thereafter he was promoted as Sr.Assistant on 29-05-2018. He has requested to assign notional seniority in the cadre of Sr.Assistant with effect from 15-05-2017 i.e., the date on which his junior Sri. B. Ranga Rao was promoted as Sr. Assistant.

2 TELANGANA GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part IIOn verifiction of the integrated Seniority list of Junior Assistant / Typist/steno Typist of Hyderabad Rural Nodal division finalized vide JC(ST), Hyderabad Rural Division for the period from 01-04-2004 to 31-03-2014 in Rc.No. E2/83/2015 Dated: 07-11-2015, it is noticed that the name of Sri.G.Srinivasulu (BC) was positioned at serial no.44 (16/ NLG) and the name of Sri. B. Ranga Rao (ST) was at serial no. 45 (20/NZB).
As per the nomination rolls available in this office Sri. G. Srinivasulu is fully qualified for promotion to the post of Sr.Assistant by 23-10-2013 by passing Telugu language test (Exempted) and APCTSS Paper-I and Paper-II.
If charges/disciplinary proceedings were not pending against Sri. G.Srinivasulu, he would have promoted to the post of Sr.Assisantant on 15-05-2017 on par with his junior Sri. B. Ranga Rao who was promoted on that date.
Thus it is construed tha the name of Sri.G.Srinivasulu was kept aside and not promoted to the next higher post of Sr.Assistant on his turn due to pendency of disciplinary proceedings and his juniors were promoted.
Therefore it is proposed for revision of Seniority list of Senior Assistants of Hyderabad Rural Nodal Division finalized vide this office proceedings no E2/137/2015(SA) Dated: 21-12-2020 for the period from 01-04-2015 to 31-05-2017 for assigning notional seniority to Sri.G.Srinivasulu under Rule 33(C) of TS SS Rules 1933 by pushing down the names of his 5 (Five) juniors as detailed below and there is no change of Seniority in respect of the names of the induviduals in the seniority list from Rank No. 126 to 160:

A showcause notice was issued for revision of Seniorty list of Senior Assistant finalized by the JC (ST) Hyderabad Division vide proceedings No. E2/137/2015(SA) Sated: 21-12-2020 for the period from 01-4-2015 to 31-05-2017 calling for objections inwriting if any from the affected individuals due to the proposed division of Seniority list of Senior Assistants, vide ref.6th cited.
The affected individuals as mentioned in the statement at above shall submit their objection if any in writing against the placement of Sri.G.Srinivasulu in the proposed revision of Seniority list within 15 days from the date of publication in the CTD portal/Mail, failing which it will be construed that they have no objection against the proposed revision.
However, no objections were received from any of the affected individuals as mentioned in the statement at above, after a lapse of the time limit mentioned in the Show cause notice and from the date of publication in the CTD portal/Mail, against the placement of Sri.G.Srinivasulu in the proposed revision of Seniority list Hence it is presumed/ construed that they have no objection against the proposed revision.
Accordingly, revised seniorty list for inclusion of the name of Sri.G.Srinivasulu, Sr.Asst., for the period from 01- 04-2015 to 31-03-2017 has been finalized and enclosed herewith in Annexue-I.
