In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (K) of sub-section (2) section 64 of the Factories Act, 1948, (Central Act No. 63 of 1948), the Government of Telangana hereby notifies the work carried out in the Ordnance Factory Medak, Hyderabad as the work of National Importance, subject to other conditions as laid down in the said Act and the rules made thereunder.
