DELEGATION OF POWERS TO THE PROJECT DIRECTOR AND SPECIAL COLLECTOR, OUTER RING ROAD PROJECT, HYDERABAD METROPOLITAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, HYDERABAD TO PERFORM THE FUNCTIONS OF A COLLECTOR FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACQUISITION OF LANDS FOR FORMATION OF OUTER RING ROAD PROJECT.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of section 3 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act No. 30 of 2013), the Government of Telangana hereby designate the Project Director and Special Collector, Outer Ring Road Project, Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority, Hyderabad to perform the functions of a Collector for the purpose of acquisition of lands for formation of Outer Ring Road Project.
