AMENDMENTS TO THE TELANGANA TRANSPORT SUBORDINATE SERVICE RULES, 2009.

[G.O.Ms.No. 13, Transport, Roads & Buildings (TR.SER), 1st April, 2022.]

1. In the said rules:- in rule 5, for sub-rule(a) and proviso thereunder the following shall

be substiuted namely:-

"a) The rule of Special Representation as provided in Rule-22,22 (2) (e) & 22-A of Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 shall apply to appointments by direct recruitment to the posts of Transport Constables.

Provided that no appointment shall be reserved for differently abled persons".
