In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Central Act 67 of 1957), the Governor of Telangana hereby makes the following amendments to the Telangana Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1966.
AMENDMENTS
In the said Rules,-
In Rule 12, in Sub-Rule (5) (h)(xi) for the words and figures "Rs.5000/-(Rupees Five thousand only)", "application fee as per Rule 12(5) (a)(i) along with renewal fee for an amount equivalent to four times of annual dead rent of the respective mineral," shall be substituted.
In the Rule 13, in sub Rule (2) for the words " for rupees one thousand and five hundred in token of remittance towards application fee and check survey" towards check survey and application fee as in Rule 12(1) along with renewal fee of an amount equivalent to four times of annual dead rent," shall be substituted.
These orders will come into effect from 01th April, 2022.
The Director of Mines & Geology, Telangana, shall take necessary
action accordingly.
This order is issues with the concurrence of Finance Department
vide their U.O.No.2012-A/89/EBS.VII/&C/2021, dated:22-09-2021.
