APPOINTMENT OF SMT. K.VIJAYA LAXMI, MEMBER IN DISTRICT CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL COMMISSION, NIZAMABAD.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 6 of Consumer Protection (Qualification for appointment method of recruitment, procedure of appointment, term of office, resignation and removal of the President and Members of the State Commission and District Commission) Rules, 2020, Government hereby cancel the appointment of Smt.Bandarupalli Uma Venkata Subba Lakshmi to the post of Member, District Commission, Nizamabad who was appointed vide G.O.Rt.No.12 CAF&CS (CS.I-RC) dept., dt.17.02.2022 and in her place Smt.K.Vijaya laxmi is appointed as Member in the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Nizamabad.
The Member of the District Commission, Nizamabad shall hold office for a term of four (04) years or upto the age of 65 years whichever is earlier as per Rule 10 of Consumer Protection Rules, 2020.
Pay and Allowances payble and other conditions of services of the Members in the District Commissions shall be as per Consumer Protection Rules, 2020.
