EXEMPTION OF ACQUISITION OF GOVERNMENT ASSIGNED/PATTA LAND SITUATED AT PARIKINBADA VILLAGE, MANOHARABAD MANDAL, MEDAK DISTRICT.

"In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, the Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the acquisition of Govt. Assigned/Patta land to an total extent of Acs. 252.10 gts in Sy. No. 209, 203, 204, 205 and 207 situated at Parikinbada Village, Manoharabad Mandal, Medak District from the application of provisions of the Chapter -II and Chapter -III of the Act for establishment of Industrial Park in favour of TSIIC. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project." Accordingly, the District Collector, Medak District and the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (TSIIC), Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter.
EXEMPTION OF ACQUISITION OF PATTA LAND SITUATED AT SIDDAPUR VILLAGE, KOTHUR MANDAL, RANGAREDDY DISTRICT.

"In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the state of Telangana, the Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the acquisition of Patta land to an extent of Acs. 2.20 gts in Sy. No. 289 situated at Siddapur Village, Kothur Mandal, Rangareddy 2 TELANGANA GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-I District from the application of provisions of the Chapter -II and Chapter -III of the Act for the proposed road of 30.00 Mtrs. wide and 400 Mtrs.. length to provide access between the Sy. No. 278 and 361 for establishment of Industrial Park in favour of TSIIC. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project."
Accordingly, the District Collector, Rangareddy District and the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (TSIIC), Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter.
