RULE OF RESERVATION - RESERVATION FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IN DIRECT RECRUITMENT - EXEMPTION.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section-34 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, the Government in consultation with State Commissioner exempt the posts of Commercial Tax Officer and Assistant Commercial Tax Officer from providing reservation in direct recruitment to persons with the disabilities of (i) Blindness & low vision (ii) Autism, Intellectual Disability, Specific Learning Disability and Mental illness; (iii) Multiple Disabilities and by interchange provide 4% reservation in direct recuitment to the said posts for persons with the disabilities of (i) deaf and hard of hearing (2% reservation at Roster Point 31 & 82) and (ii) locomotor disability including cerebral palsy, leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims and muscular dystrophy (2% reservation at Roster Point No.6 & 56) with immediate effect.

RULE OF RESERVATION - RESERVATION FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IN DIRECT RECRUITMENT - EXEMPTION.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section-34 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, Act, 2016, the Government in consultation with State Commissioner, hereby exempt the categories of posts of Municipal Commissioner - Gr.II and Municipal Commissioner Gr.III from providing reservations in direct recruitment to Persons with Disabilities of Autism, Intellectual Disability, specific Learning disability and Mental illness; multiple Disabilities [i.e., 1% reservation at Roster Point No.82]. The point of reservation for Persons with Disabilities of Autism, Intellectual Disability, Specific Learning Disability and Mental illness; Multiple Disabilities is interchanged with Locomotor Disability including cerebral palsy, leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims and muscular dystrophy. The total 4% reservation in direct recruitment to the Municipal Commissioner-Gr.II and Municipal Commissioner Gr.III shall be filled with Persons with Disabilities of (i) Blindness and Low vision [i.e., 1% reservation at roster point No. 6] (ii) Deaf & hard of hearing [i.e., 1% reservation at roster point No. 31] and (iii) Locomotor Disabilities including cerebral palsy, leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims and muscular dystrophy [i.e., 2% reservation at roster point No. 56 & 82], in terms of Sec.34 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 read with Rule - 22 (2) of the Telangana State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, in Direct Recruitment, with immediate effect.
