GUNDALA POLICE STATION DRAFT NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (s) of Section 2 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) and in supersession of all the orders issued in the matter, the Governor of Telangana hereby declares that with effect on and from the date of issue of this notification, the Police Station specified in Col.No.(5) of the schedule appended shall cease to be included in the Police Circle, Police Division, Police Zone and Police Commissionerate mentioned in Col.Nos. (4),(3),(2) and (1) respectively and shall hereafter from part of the Police Circle, Police Division, Police Zone and Police Commissionerate mentioned in Col.Nos. (7),(8),(9) and (10) respectively thereof.
