Sri V. Vara Prasad, former XIV Additional District and Sessions Judge, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy
District (under suspension) is deemed to be retired from service on the afternoon of 30th April, 2022 by
which he completed the age of fifty eight (58) years, as he is found not fit to be continued in service
beyond the age of 58 years on consideration and review of the service record and overall performance by
the High Court for the State of Telangana, in terms of the first proviso to sub-section (1A) of Section 3
of the Telangana Public Employment (Regulation of Age of Superannuation) Act, 1984 and Rule 23 of the
Telangana State Judicial (Service and Cadre) Rules, 2017.
TELANGANA STATE HIGHER JUDICIAL SERVICE - DISTRICT AND SESSIONS JUDGES SRI S. RADHAKRISHNA MURTHY, FORMER II ADDL. METROPOLITAN SESSIONS JUDGE, HYDERABAD (UNDER SUSPENSION) - RECOMMENDED FOR HIS RETIREMENT ON 31-05-2022 A.N. i.e., ON COMPLETION OF 58 YEARS OF AGE.

Sri. S. Radhakrishna Murthy, former II Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge Hyderabad
(under suspension) shall retire from service on the afternoon of 31st May, 2022 on which he completes
the age of fifty eight (58) years as he is found not fit to be continued in service beyond the age of 58 years
on consideration and review of the service record and overall performance by the High Court for the
State of Telangana, in terms of the first proviso to sub-section (1A) of Section 3 of the Telangana Public
Employment (Regulation of Age of Superannuation) Act, 1984 and Rule 23 of the Telangana State Judicial
Service Rules, 2017.
