AMENDMENT TO SPECIAL RULES OF TELANGANA TREASURY AND ACCOUNTS SERVICES.
[G.O.Ms.No.55, Finance (Admn-I), 21st April, 2022.]
In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India and all other powers hereunto enabling, the Governor of Telangana, hereby makes the following amendment to the Telangana Treasury and Accounts Service Rules, 1962.
AMENDMENT
The existing Rule 6. 'Qualifications as to age' shall be substituted with the following:
Rule 6. Qualifications as to age:- The provisions of Rule 12 of the Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 shall apply.
