In exercise of the powers conferred Under Sub-section (6) of the Section 9 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the High Court for the State of Telangana hereby directs that the Court of Session for the Warangal Sessions Division shall ordinarily hold its sitting at Hanumakonda until further orders.

In exercise of the powers conferred Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 14 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the High Court for the State of Telangana hereby directs that the Courts of Judicial Magistrates of First Class (Junior Civil Judges Courts) mentioned in column(2) below and functioning at the places noted against them in Column (3) shall have and exercise jurisdiction over the areas mentioned in column (4) of the Schedule hereunder within the Sessions Division of Yadadri Bhuvanagiri from the date of establishment of the said Sessions Division.
