ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICT COURT AT KHAMMAM DISTRICT CONSEQUENT UPON APPROVAL OF HIGH COURT FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF 33 JUDICIAL DISTRICTS CO-TERMINUS WITH 33 REVENUE DISTRICTS - NOTIFYING THE LOCAL LIMITS OF JURISDICTION UNDER TELANGANA CIVIL COURTS ACT, 1972 & CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE, 1973 - AMENDMENT.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 15 read with Section 21 of the Telangana Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act No. 19 of 1972), the Government, in consultation with the High Court for the State of Telangana, and in supersession of the orders issued from the Registrar General, High Court for the State of Telangana at Hyderabad, Letter Roc.No. 346/E1/2021, Dated : 27-05-2022, hereby amend the orders issued vide G.O.Ms.No. 28, Law (LA, LA&J-Home-Courts.A2) Department, Dated : 17-05-2022:
AMENDMENT
In the said orders, under Telangana Civil Courts Act, 1972,-
(1) In Notification-III, for the schedule thereunder, the following schedule shall be substituted, namely:-

(2) In Notification-V, for the table thereunder, the following table shall be substituted, namely:-
