In exercise of the powers conferred Section 26 of the Surrogacy Act, 2021 (Act No. 47 of 2021), Government of Telangana hereby constitute the State Assisted Reproductive Technology and Surrogacy Board for the State of Telangana, with the following (on positions) for implementation of the said Act, in the State.
