BACKWARD CLASSES WELFARE SERVICE RULES - UTILISATION OF 20% STAFF AT ALL LEVELS FROM OTHER DEPARTMENTS ON DEPUTATION BASIS - AMENDMENT TO SERVICE RULES.
[G.O.Ms.No.8, Backward Classes Welfare (A), 6th July, 2022.]
In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India the Governor of Telangana hereby makes the following amendment to the Backward Classes Welfare Service Rules, 1996 issued in G.O.Ms.No. 29, BC Welfare (A) Department, Dated : 30-09-2015 as subsequently amended from time to time.
AMENDMENT
In the said order, the following shall be included:
"Utilisation of the services of 20% staff at all levels from other departments to work in BC Welfare Dept., on deputation basis, subject to satisfaction of the terms and conditions laid down in G.O.(P) No. 10, Finance & Planning (FW.FR-II) Department, dt.22-01-1993 read with G.O.Ms.No.2, Finance (FR.II) Department, dated : 02-01-2010".
BACKWARD CLASSES WELFARE SUBORDINATE SERVICE RULES - UTILISATION UPTO 20% STAFF AT ALL LEVELS FROM OTHER DEPARTMENTS ON DEPUTATION BASIS - AMENDMENT TO SERVICE RULES.

In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of 2 TELANGANA GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-I AMENDMENT In the said order, the following shall be included:
"Utilisation of the services upto 20% staff at all levels from other departments to work in BC Welfare Deptartment, on deputation basis, subject to satisfaction of the terms and conditions laid down in G.O.(P) No. 10, Finance & Planning (FW.FR-II) Department, dt. 22-01-1993 read with G.O.Ms.No.2, Finance (FR.II) Department, Dated : 02-01-2010".
