AMENDMENTS TO THE REORGANISATION AND RESTRUCTURING OF JURISDICTION OF PROHIBITION & EXCISE STATION IN THE TELANGANA STATE.
[G.O.Ms.No.70, Revenue (Excise-II), 7th July, 2022.]
In exercise of the powers conferred under section 5 of the Telangana Excise Act, 1968 (Act No.17/1968), Government of Telangana hereby make the following amendments to Reorganisation and Restructuring of jurisdiction of Prohibition & Excise Station in the Telangana State issued in G.O.Ms.No.225, Revenue (Excise-II) Department, dated:11.10.2016, and subsequently amended from time to time.
AMENDMENTS
In the said GO,
In the table at Serial No. 25 of Jagtial Revenue District;
(1) in Serial No.1, against the entry "Jagtial" after the existing Revenue Mandals under column No. (3), the Revenue Mandal Raikal shall be added at the end.
(2) Serial No.2, against the entry of Dharmapuri, the existing Revenue Mandal, "Raikal" shall be omitted.
