APPOINTMENT OF SMT. SUMA VALA, AS MEMBER, DISTRICT COMMISSION-II, HYDERABAD.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 6 of Consumer Protection (Qualification for appointment method of recruitment, procedure of appointment, term of office, resignation and removal of the President and Members of the State Commission and District Commission) Rules, 2020, Government hereby appoint Smt. Suma Vala to the post of Member (Woman), District Commission-II, Hyderabad in the place of Smt. R.S. Rajashree who has been appointed as Member (Non-Judicial), Telangana State Commission, Hyderabad.
The Member of the District Commission-II, Hyderabad shall hold office for a term of four (4) years or upto the age of 65 years whichever is earlier as per Rule 10 of Consumer Protection Rules, 2020.
Pay and Allowances payable and other conditions of service of the Member in the District Commission shall be as per Consumer Protection Rules, 2020.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 6 of Consumer Protection (Qualification for appointment method of recruitment, procedure of appointment, term of office, resignation and removal of the President and Members of the State Commission and District Commission) Rules, 2020, Government hereby Re-appoint the following Presidents of the respective District Commissions with effect from the date mentioned against them for further period of four (4) years or upto the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.
