AMENDMENT TO THE TELANGANA ROADS AND BUILDINGS ENGINEERING SUBORDINATE SERVICE RULES, 2002.

In execise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers hereuto enabling the Governor of Telangana, hereby make the following amendments to the Telangana Roads and Building Enfineering Subordinate Service Rules, 2002, issued in G.O.Ms.No.58, TR&B (SER.II) Department, dated: 01.05.2002, as amended subsequently from time to time.

AMENDMENTS

1. In the said rules,-

(1) In rule 3 (Method of appointment and Appointing Authority), in the table thereunder, in Class -A, in column (3),-
