CONSTITUTION OF ADVISORY BOARD UNDER SECTION 5 OF THE ACT.
[G.O.Ms.No.99, General Administration (SPL.D), 1st September, 2022.]
In exercise of the powers conferred under section 5 of the Telangana Public Security Act, 1992 (Act No. 21 of 1992), the Government hereby constitute an Advisory Board to examine the representations of the Associations, which were declared as unlawful associations by the Government and to submit its report to the Government in terms of section 6 of the Act, with immediate effect, with the following:-
1. Hon'ble Sri Justice Ravishankar
Retd. Judge of the High Court - - CHAIRMAN
2. Sri R. Damodar
Retd. District Judge - - MEMBER
3. Sri E. Jagannath Reddy
