APPOINTMENT OF TELANGANA STATE FOREST DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION LIMITED, HYDERABAD, AS AN AGENT TO THE GOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA FOR THE YEAR 2023. BEEDI LEAF SEASON.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Telangana Minor Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1971 (Act No.4 of 1971) read with rule 3 of the Telangana Minor Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade in Abnus Leaves) Rules, 1970, the Government of Telangana hereby appoint the Telangana State Forest Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad as an Agent on behalf of Government of Telangana to call for tenders for purchase and sale of Abnus Leaf and trade in Abnus Leaf for implementation of the Beedi Leaf Scheme for the year 2023 Season in Telangana State.
