EXEMPTION OF RAILWAY PROJECT i.e., "CONSTRUCTION OF BYE PASS LINE WITH ELECTRIFICATION BETWEEN HASANPARTHI AND WARANGAL STATION IN THE LIMITS OF KAZIPET (JUNCTION) (VILLAGE), KAZIPET (MANDAL), HANUMAKONDA DISTRICT."

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A in Chapter IIIA of the RFCTLAR&R (Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act. No.21 of 2017), Government hereby exempt the Railway project i.e. "Construction of bye pass line with electrification between Hasanparthi and Warangal Station to an extent of Ac 0.1.69 gts. in the limits of Kazipet (Junction) (Village), Kazipet (Mandal), Hanumakonda District" from the application of the provisions of Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the RFCTLAR&R Act, 2013". It is also certified that the efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project.
The Collector & District Magistrate, Hanumakonda District shall take further necessary action in the matter.
