THE TELANGANA GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017 (TELANGANA ACT No. 23 OF 2017) - AMENDMENT TO G.O.Ms.No. 103, REVENUE (CT-II) DEPARTMENT, DATED : 04-09-2019.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 23 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Telangana Act No.23 of 2017) the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No. 103, Revenue (CT-II) Department, Dt. 04-09-2019, and as amended subsequently from time to time:-
AMENDMENT
In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 4, for the entry in column (3), the entry "Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks" shall be substituted.
This notification shall come into force on the 18th July, 2022.

In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Telangana Act No.23 of 2017) the State Government, on the recommendations 2 TELANGANA GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-I AMENDMENT In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 4, for the entry in column (3), the entry "Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks" shall be substituted.
This notification shall come into force on the 18th July, 2022.
