EXEMPTION OF AC.3-19 GTS IN SURVEY NO. 1419 PERTAINING TO CHOWTAKUR (V), PULKAL (M), SANGAREDDY DISTRICT.

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(b) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR
(Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby exempt the
land acquisition of ac.3-19 Gts in Survey No. 1419 pertaining to Chowtakur (V), Pulkal (M), Sangareddy
District under Singoor Canals of M.Bagareddy Singoor Project, from the application of the provisions of
Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA&RR Act, 2013".
The Engineer-in-Chief (General), Hyderabad and Commissioner, R&R and LA, I&CAD Department, and shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
