EXEMPTION OF ACQUISITION OF GOVT. ASSIGNED LAND AT VAVILALA VILLAGE, JINNARAM MANDAL, SANGAREDDY DISTRICT FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF INDUSTRIAL PARK.1 [Memo No. 3556/IP&INF/A2/2022, Industries & Commerce (IP&INF), 31st October, 2022.] "In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the state of Telangana, the Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the acquisition of Govt. Assigned land to an extent of Acs.10.00 gts. in Sy.No. 189 at Vavilala village, Jinnaram Mandal, Sangareddy District from the application of provisions of the Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the Act for establishment of Industrial Park in favour of TSIIC. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project."

Accordingly, the District Collector, Sangareddy District and the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (TSIIC), Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter.

EXEMPTION OF ACQUISITION OF GOVT. ASSIGNED LAND SITUATED AT CHINNA SHANKARAMPET VILLAGE AND MANDAL, MEDAK DISTRICT FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF INDUSTRIAL PARK.

"In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the state of Telangana, the Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the acquisition of Govt. Assigned land to an extent of Acs.5.30 gts. in Sy.No. 345/109, 345/109/1, 345/110, 345/111, 345/112, 345/115, 345/116 and 345/117 situated at Chinna Shankarampet Village and Mandal, Medak District from the application of provisions [ 1 ] G-519. 2 TELANGANA GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-I of the Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the Act for establishment of Industrial Park in favour of TSIIC. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project."

Accordingly, the District Collector, Medak District and the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (TSIIC), Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter.
