EXEMPTION OF LAND ACQUISITION - MIRYALAGUDA DIVISION - LAND SUBMERGED UNDER NAGARJUNA SAGAR TAIL POND DAM-IN CHITYALA VILLAGE OF ADAVIDEVULAPALLY MANDAL - NOTIFIED - AWARD NOT PASSED IN FORM-A.

"In exercise of the provisions contained in Sec.10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (RFCTLARR) Act, 2013 (Telangana Amendment Act, 2016) in its application to the State of Telangana, the Government have decided and accordingly hereby, exempt the following lands required for viz. Land submerged under Nagarjuna Sagar Tail Pond Dam in Sy.No. 19 to an Extent of Ac.2.22 Gts. in Chityala village of Adavidevulapally Mandal, Nalgonda District from the application of provisions of the Chapter II and Chapter III of the Act in the public interest.
The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Telangana State and the Chairman and Managing Director, TSGENCO, shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
