EXEMPTION OF ACQUISITION OF LAND TO AN EXTENT OF AC.6-29 GTS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PUMP-HOUSE, PRESSURE MAIN AND SUBSTATION OF AMBA BHAVANI LIFT IRRIGATION SCHEME ON FORESHORE OF NAGARJUNA SAGAR RESERVOIR NEAR VIZAG COLONY VILLAGE OF NEREDUGOMMU MANDAL OF NALGONDA DISTRICT.

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A(b) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby exempt the land acquisition of Ac.6-29 Gts. for construction of Pump-house, Substation and Pressure main of Amba Bhavani Lift Irrigation Scheme on foreshore of Nagarjuna Sagar Reservoir near Vizag Colony Village of Naredugommu Mandal of Nalgonda District from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA & RR Act, 2013".
The Engineer-in-Chief (General), Hyderabad and Commissioner, R&R and LA, I&CAD Department, and shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
