SERVICE RULES OF THE HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA - 2019 - CERTAIN AMENDMENTS BROUGHT TO THE RULES.
High Court for the State Telangana - Amendment to Service Rules of the High Court for the State of Telangana - 2019.
Roc.No. 5544/17-2022-Estt:- In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 229 of the Constitution of India and all other powers hereunto enabling the Chief Justice, High Court for the State of Telangana hereby makes the following amendments to the Service Rules of the High Court for the State of Telangana - 2019.
The amendments shall come into force from the date of publication in the Telangana Gazette.
Amendment-I
The following shall be inserted at Sl.No. 13 in Sub-rule 6 of Rule 8 after the Serial No. 12.
13) Driver : (i) Must have passed SSC Examination or its equivalent examination.
and
(ii) Must be able to read and write Telugu / Urudu / Hindi or English.
(iii) Must possess a current vaild light motor vehicle driving licence, issued by competent authority under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1998 with practical experience in driving Motor Vehicle for a period of not less than (3) years with endorsement to drive Motor Cycle and Auto Rikshaw.
(iv) Must pass the test in Driving as specified by the High Court.
Amendment-II
The Category 5 of Schedule I in Rule 8 Special qualifications in High Court Service Rules is substituted as under. The Category 5 (c) is inserted and the Category 3 (e) is deleted in High Court Service Rules.
Category - 5 :
(a) Typist : Must have passed the Government Technical Examination in Typewriting (English) Higher Grade.
and
(b) Copyist
(C) System Assistant : Must have passed B.Tceh (CSE/IT/ECE) / Diploma in Electronics / B.Sc (Electronics), (Computers), IT with minimum 55% marks.
Exposures towards Computer Hardware, Networking and Operating System Softwares.
