NOTIFICATION OF CERTAIN RESUMED LANDS IN NARAYANPET DISTRICT FOR UTILIZING THE RESUMED LANDS FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE.

In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (c) of sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Telangana Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977 (Act No. 9 of 1977), Government of Telangana hereby notify the following areas / lands to an extent of Ac. 20.00 gts of Jajapur village in Narayanpet District for utilizing the lands resumed under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 4 for public purpose:-
